Teen Titans in Rock Band 3

And again, that Mad-Mod episode had something going for it!

Anyway, another game, another Custom Character Option to go metric-nuts on. It's a bit different this time out, instead of buying outfits from a shop a majority of them are unlocked already, the special ones have to be unlocked with certain goals which kinda sucks if you don't know how to play drums or keyboard or don't want to spring for the Pro-Guitar in order to unlock a certain outfit. Luckily the ones I needed to for the Titans were unlockable with just the guitar goals.

Like the previous game the characters aren't in full costume until halfway through the tour campaign. At least you can re-watch the cutscenes after they're unlocked so you can see them in full costume. The best scenes are the Rooftop VIP and Big In Japan. The Dazzle video capture device hasn't been able to keep up with doing hd video capture for quite some time so I won't be converting those HD-cutscenes into grainy non-HD videos and uploading them onto youtube, might have to look into upgrading sometime next year.

Despite that Rock Band 3 tossed in a keyboard and harmony vocals, the game still can only show a four-member band during gameplay. But for those who still insist that a Teen Titans band doesn't feel right unless all five Titans are present in the band, there actually is one way to have all five Titans performing in the game.

Figuratively speaking, that is.
