An outside commission but was given permission to show it off!

This is a typical fanfic-type picture inspired by many a fan-story where FF7's Shin-RA is still around and has captured any random FF gals from any of the games and force them into participating in a random experiment, normally these lead to more naughtier situations but for our intents and purposes the experiments are to test the endurance and so forth of the test subjects while the supervisors of the tests get their jollies. And get some useful research information too!

In this test Rikku and Tifa are forced to confront a BottomSwell which fires trap bubbles that can only be broken using materia-spells, but without any materia Rikku has no way to free Tifa before she's rendered unconscious.

Scarlet watches from above laughing at the situation and waiting for Rikku to be trapped herself in her own bubble, with this test Shin-RA will have valuable information on how long somebody can last in a BottomSwell's bubble before being disabled. Once both ladies are disabled they'll be dragged back to their holding cells and recover long enough to prepare their next unknown experiment.
